Service Selection

Freedom Couriers offer two delivery services, their details are as follows:

Sameday Service

● Urgent deliveries, which have to be there today

● Dedicated service door to door is required

Security of the consignment is assured as the item stays with the same driver.

This service is also the best option for fragile or valuable items as well as large or heavy consignments.



Next Working Day Service

● Our Overnight service is a more economical option

● Various timed services and Saturday services are available at a surcharge - please refer to our parcels tariff.

We offer a reliable next working day deliveries ideal for items, which are not valuable or fragile.

Items should be well packed and clearly addressed.

Glass is not accepted on this service.

Items sent on this service are collected from us and taken to a central hub overnight for
delivery next day by a local depot.

Whilst great care is taken with these items, there is a possibility of damage to items that are poorly
packed or fragile - in these cases we would not be able to reimburse any losses incurred.

We are also able to arrange collection of goods from anywhere in the United Kingdom back to
you, but again these items must be well packed and not be fragile or too bulky or heavy.
